Trudeau promet le droit au logement : les exemples de la France et de la Finlande

Le gouvernement fédéral veut intégrer le droit au logement dans la Charte canadienne des droits et libertés avant les prochaines élections. Ce droit est incorporé dans la législation de plusieurs autres pays. Le Canada devrait-il en tirer certaines leçons?

The Canadian federal government seeks to include the right to housing in the Charter of Rights and Freedoms ahead of the next election.  This right is already legislated in many other countries.  What can Canada learn from these other countries?
