Rachel Marshall is a Policy and Best Practice Manager at St Martin-in-the-Fields Charity. Rachel communicates with frontline homelessness workers through the Frontline Network, sharing learning to influence local and national decision making. This includes leading the annual UK wide Frontline Worker Survey. Before joining the St Martin’s Charity team Rachel worked in social policy research and evaluation in the public and third sector, as well as delivering local community projects.

My name is Connel McKenna, I am Housing First For Youth Service Manager at Simon Community Northern Ireland. I have been manager of our HF4Y service for 3 years, and previous to this, worked in adult homelessness and low threshold services.
At Simon Community NI we provide a HF4Y service which provides intensive, 24/7, proactive and responsive support to young people aged 16 and above. All young people supported by our HF4Y service were previously in state care.
Our HF4Y service, which operates in the Greater Belfast area, is operated in partnership with Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) and three Health & Social Care Trusts.
