HOPE – Digital Data Monitoring Tool for Housing and Support

On 26 May 2026, the Housing First Europe Hub hosted a webinar presenting HOPE, a client-oriented data monitoring application developed within the French Housing First programme Un Chez-Soi d’Abord.

HOPE is a digital tool designed to support the secure management of client data in line with GDPR and data protection requirements in France. Developed over four years of research and practice, the platform enables national-level monitoring of housing and support outcomes while strengthening coordination and reporting across services.

During the webinar, participants gained insight into HOPE’s key functionalities, including its administrative structure and statistical dashboard. The session also explored the application’s development journey, its editing component, and the broader digital and legal framework surrounding data management, including GDPR and data protection considerations.

Speakers:

  • Mickaêl Puech, Coordinator of the Housing First national association “Un Chez-Soi d’Abord France”
  • Robin Coma Delperier, Developer of HOPE, CEO at Place Me and Place D’Abord
