To support researchers and service providers in assessing Housing First programmes, the Housing First Europe Hub has developed a Evaluation Framework template to measure outcomes and fidelity to the core principles. This resource helps ensure consistent, high-quality implementation across Europe.

We are also developing tailored tools to evaluate and monitor Housing First for Youth, recognising that these programmes have distinct needs compared to adult services.

We offer a range of training opportunities to support organisations, cities, and professionals in implementing Housing First across Europe and beyond.
From our annual Train-the-Trainer programme, building a network of skilled Housing First trainers, to tailored training sessions on topics such as trauma-informed care, youth homelessness, and programme evaluation, the Hub can help you design and deliver effective solutions.

The Housing First Europe Hub brings together NGOs, municipalities, researchers, and housing providers to advance high-quality Housing First services across Europe.
